Public Offer Agreement (Consulting Services)

Effective Date: August 4, 2025

Legal Entity: Maple Deer Inc., a corporation registered in Canada ("Company")

1. Subject of the Offer

This Agreement is a public offer to provide consulting and informational services ("Services") to any individual ("Client") who accepts this offer by submitting payment via our website or payment platform (e.g., Square).

2. Acceptance of the Offer

By submitting payment, the Client:

  • Confirms their agreement with this Offer;
  • Acknowledges that they are paying for consulting services, not making a donation or charitable contribution;
  • Confirms that they are of legal age and have the legal right to enter into this agreement.

3. Scope of Services

The Company agrees to provide online or written consulting on topics as discussed with the Client, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Product or business strategy review;
  • Game or digital project evaluation;
  • Recommendations and insights based on the Company’s expertise.
  • Evaluation and feedback on game or digital product concepts
  • Creative reviews and narrative feedback
  • Expert analysis of startup ideas and concept validation
  • Technical or market viability discussions
  • Review of book drafts, stories, and narrative structures
  • Analysis of emotional and conceptual impact on the reader

The content and duration of each consultation are subject to prior agreement with the Client via email or other communication means.

4. Payment Terms

  • The Client determines the amount of payment when making the transaction through the designated payment form.
  • All payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
  • The payment confirms the Client’s acceptance of the terms of this Offer and the initiation of the consulting engagement.
  • Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. Delivery of Services

Services are delivered digitally (e.g., via email, video call, or other agreed channels). The delivery time and method are determined individually after the payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. All recommendations and consultations are provided “as is” for informational purposes. The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
